# Job Summary

Kalpataru Insurance Ltd. is looking for an energetic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote the company's insurance products and services, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, generating leads, managing promotional campaigns, and coordinating with the sales team.

# Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the company's insurance products and services (Insurance marketing , health insurance , motor , fire , marine and all other).

* Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.

* Conduct online and offline marketing campaigns.

* Manage social media platforms and coordinate digital marketing activities.

* Create and coordinate promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing content.

* Organize marketing events, promotional activities, and customer engagement campaigns.

* Maintain and update marketing databases and lead records.

* Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for management.

* Identify new marketing opportunities, target audiences, and potential business channels.

* Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

* Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and business objectives.

# Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

* Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
