Job Description:

Corrtech International Limited is looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong expertise in construction planning, project scheduling, and budget preparation, preferably in Water Infrastructure Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.

·        Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and resource plans.

·        Monitor project progress against planned timelines and budgets.

·        Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and project schedules.

·        Identify project delays and develop corrective action plans.

·        Coordinate with project, execution, procurement, and management teams.

·        Handle project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

·        Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets.

Requirements:

·        5+ years of experience in Construction Planning.

·        Experience in Water Infrastructure Projects is preferred.

·        Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

·        Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.

·        Excellent analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
