💼 Job RoleWe are looking for an energetic & target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team and handle end-to-end property sales & leasing activities.
- 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on property & client leads
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Coordinate with property owners, buyers, tenants & corporates
- Conduct property visits and show properties to clients
- Handle property sales & leasing negotiations
- Generate new business through calls, references, networking & market visits
- Prepare property proposals, quotations & presentations
- Coordinate KYC, LOI, agreements, NOCs, documentation & handover
- Maintain property, client and lead data
- Follow up with clients until successful deal closure
- Build strong relationships with property owners and clients
👤 Candidate Profile✅ Own bike + valid driving licence mandatory
✅ Good communication & negotiation skills
✅ Presentable and confident personality
✅ Comfortable with field work & client meetings
✅ Basic computer, WhatsApp & email knowledge
✅ Real estate / sales experience preferred
✅ Freshers with good communication & sales skills can also apply
