Sales And Marketing Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Team Lead who can lead and mentor our sales and marketing team while driving business growth across Sequence Technology and Shievon.

The candidate will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies, setting targets, executing plans and ensuring measurable results. The role will involve both team leadership and hands-on business development.

For Sequence Technology, the candidate will drive lead generation, client acquisition, sales and revenue growth. For Shievon, the candidate will work with educational institutes, merchants and strategic partners, including negotiations and relationship management.

The ideal candidate should be a strong leader who leads by example, takes ownership, motivates the team and is highly result-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead, mentor and motivate the Sales & Marketing team.

 Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.

 Set and monitor team targets and ensure achievement.

 Drive lead generation, client acquisition and revenue for Sequence Technology.

 Manage important client meetings, negotiations and closures.

 Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutes, merchants and business partners for Shievon.

 Identify opportunities to leverage the Shievon partner ecosystem for Sequence Technology.

 Monitor sales pipelines, team performance and campaign results.

 Travel locally for client, partner and institutional meetings when required.

 Work closely with management to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
