Job Description – Inside Sales Executive
Company: Fluoroplast Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Department: Sales & Marketing
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and send quotations on time.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with production, purchase and dispatch teams.
- Maintain customer records, quotations and follow-ups in ERP.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships.
- Follow up on pending payments and orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily reports.
- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer, Excel and ERP knowledge.
- Strong customer follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial products preferred.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / BE / B.Tech
Preferred Industry: Seals, Engineering Plastics, Valves, Hydraulics or Industrial Products.
Reporting To: Sales Manager
