Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating & handling client queries, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and service processes.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of markets, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales & Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients

• ⁠Lead follow-up and conversion support.

• Resolution of client queries.

• Follow up with prospective and Respond to client queries through phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

• Coordinate with team & resolve client issues.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, lead trackers, and daily activity reports.

• Support sales executives with lead management, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and client communication.

Required Skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong relationship-management skills.

• Good organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with CRM or lead-management systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.

• Professional and client-focused approach.

• Education: 12th & Bachelor's degree in any field
