🏫 Work Location: Hanspura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) based on students' learning needs

🔹 Assess students' academic, behavioural and developmental requirements

🔹 Provide personalised academic and learning support to students

🔹 Work closely with teachers, parents, counsellors and school leadership to support student development

🔹 Adapt teaching strategies, learning materials and classroom activities to meet individual needs

🔹 Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation and records

🔹 Support teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

🔹 Identify learning challenges and recommend appropriate interventions and support strategies

🔹 Promote students' academic, social, emotional and behavioural development

🎓 Qualification: B.Ed. in Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education or a relevant recognised qualification.

💼 Experience: Prior experience as a Special Educator in a school environment will be preferred.
