Work Mode : On-site Working Days & Hours 6 days a week, 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM (mini 10 hours working )

Joining / Notice Period : Within 7 days

 Reporting To : Chief Executive Officer 

ABOUT THE COMPANY 

Future Pillar Infrastructure Private Limited is an Ahmedabad-based trading company established in 2022. The company deals in children's toys, imported stationery, and glassware and kitchenware for the home. Its products are sold directly to customers through exhibition stalls and trade events organised across Gujarat. The company currently employs around 40 people and operates from its head office at C. G. Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. 

JOB PURPOSE 

To run the complete on-site operation of an exhibition stall — from setup to dismantling — while leading the sales and loading team and delivering the event's sales target. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage the end-to-end exhibition stall operation, including setup, daily running and dismantling. 
• Lead a team of Sales Executives and Loaders; assign duties, manage shifts and monitor attendance. 
• Ensure the stall display, signage, pricing and stock arrangement are ready before opening each day. 
• Monitor stock levels, arrange timely replenishment and prevent pilferage and breakage. 
• Track daily sales against the event target and report figures to management. 
• Collect and verify daily cash and digital collections before handover. 
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve on-site issues with organisers and vendors. 
• Coordinate transport and manpower for movement of goods between locations. 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE 

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. 
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team-lead or store-in-charge role. 
• Experience in retail, exhibition or event operations preferred. 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 

• Team handling and the ability to get work done from a mixed field team. 
• On-site problem solving and decision making under time pressure. 
• Good communication in Gujarati and Hindi. 
• Basic reporting ability using mobile apps or Excel. 
• Responsible handling of cash, stock and company material. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

• Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹30,000 per month (subject to experience). 
• Annual Diwali bonus as per company policy. 

WORKING CONDITIONS 

• Own vehicle and a valid driving licence are required. 
• Regular travel and outstation stay across Gujarat as per the exhibition schedule. 
• Work on weekends and public holidays as exhibitions are typically scheduled on these days.
