Job Description

  • Outbound & Inbound Calling: Contact potential or existing business/individual customers to pitch products, services, or free listings.
  • Lead Generation & Appointments: Qualify leads, handle objections, and set up appointments or closures for field/marketing executives.
  • Product Education: Explain features, pricing, and value propositions of digital or physical offerings clearly.
  • Sales Targets: Drive monthly or weekly sales quotas, conversions, up-selling, and cross-selling goals.
  • CRM & Data Management: Log call outcomes, update customer databases, and track pipelines accurately using company software or Excel
