Job Description

  • जॉब रोल – वेल्डर / फिटरइंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग और उत्पादन की आवश्यकता के अनुसार वेल्डिंग एवं फिटिंग का काम करना।
  • बेसिक इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग, डायमेंशन और माप को पढ़ना एवं समझना।
  • आवश्यकता के अनुसार ARC/MIG वेल्डिंग, कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग और फैब्रिकेशन का काम करना।
  • जॉब की आवश्यकता के अनुसार ड्रिलिंग, टैपिंग, रीमिंग एवं अन्य फिटिंग ऑपरेशन करना।
  • पार्ट्स की मार्किंग, कटिंग, ग्राइंडिंग, फाइलिंग और फिटिंग का कार्य करना।
  • मशीन के पार्ट्स की सही फिटिंग, असेंबली और अलाइनमेंट करना।
  • हैंड टूल्स, पावर टूल्स और मापने वाले उपकरणों का सुरक्षित एवं सही उपयोग करना।
  • तैयार किए गए पार्ट्स की वेल्ड क्वालिटी, डायमेंशन और अलाइनमेंट चेक करना।
  • वेल्डिंग, फिटिंग और फैब्रिकेशन से संबंधित सामान्य खराबियों की पहचान कर उन्हें ठीक करना।
  • निर्धारित उत्पादन लक्ष्य और क्वालिटी बनाए रखना।
  • वेल्डिंग मशीन, गैस सिलेंडर और टूल्स का उपयोग करते समय सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना।
  • मशीन की सफाई, हाउसकीपिंग और 5S को बनाए रखना।
  • Production और Quality टीम के साथ समन्वय करके सुचारू उत्पादन सुनिश्चित करना।


  • Job Role – Welder / FitterPerform welding and fitting work as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
  • Read and understand basic engineering drawings, dimensions and measurements.
  • Carry out ARC/MIG welding, cutting, grinding and fabrication work as required.
  • Perform drilling, tapping, reaming and other fitting operations as per job requirements.
  • Carry out marking, cutting, grinding, filing and fitting of components.
  • Perform fitting, assembly and accurate alignment of machine components.
  • Use hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments safely and correctly.
  • Check weld quality, dimensions and alignment of fabricated components.
  • Identify and rectify basic welding, fitting and fabrication defects.
  • Maintain required production output and quality standards.
  • Follow safety procedures while handling welding machines, gas cylinders and tools.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness, housekeeping and 5S practices.
  • Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams for smooth production.
