2) Position : Accountant

3) Experience Required: 0 to 7 Years

4) Salary Negotiable : Rs. 15000 PM to 30000 PM

5) Job Location : Bakrol, Kuha, C G Road, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad

6) Job Description :

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle sales and purchase invoices, bills, receipts and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related work.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to outstanding payments and collections.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Support senior management/CA in audits and other accounting requirements.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally / ERP software.
• Basic to good knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of invoicing, ledger, reconciliation, purchase and sales accounting.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
