Job Description

  • 🔹 Job Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions in Tally Prime.
  • Handle invoices, purchase/sales billing, receipts, payments, and expense vouchers.
  • Maintain and update customer & vendor ledgers and account statements.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliation (BRS) and cash book maintenance.
  • Accurate accounting data entry and physical/digital voucher documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for routine payment and ledger queries.
  • 🔹 Required Skills:Strong foundation in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime & MS Excel (Data Entry, Basic Formulas).
  • Good attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and record-keeping skills.
