Job Description

1. Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

2. Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records.

3. Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.

4 .Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.

5 .Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

6. Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

7. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.

8. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.

9. Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and records.

10.Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing reports.

11. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.

12. Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

13. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

14. Knowledge of ERP/Accounting Software is an Advantage
