Job Description
We are a Chartered Accountant firm handling accounting, GST, RERA, Income tax and Audit work for a range of business clients. Looking for an accountant who can independently handle client accounting and compliance work.
Key responsibilities
- Book entries in Tally — purchase, sales, bank, journal, cash
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data preparation and filing support
- TDS working, challan payment and return data
- Preparation of financial statements and audit schedules
- Client coordination for documents and data follow-up
- Maintain records and files as per firm's system
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime (must)
- Basic Excel — VLOOKUP, pivot, filters
- Understanding of GST and TDS basics
- Accuracy in data entry and willingness to learn
