Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit project-wise invoices/bills for fire safety works,

installation, maintenance, AMC, and service contracts.

• Verify work completion, purchase orders, quotations, measurement sheets,

and supporting documents before billing.

• Maintain project-wise income, expenses, receivables, and payables.
• Coordinate with project/site teams to collect work completion reports and

other billing documents.

• Track customer payments, outstanding invoices, and overdue amounts and

follow up with clients.

• Verify vendor and subcontractor bills against purchase orders and completed

work.

• Maintain records of GST, TDS, and other applicable accounting requirements.
• Reconcile customer/vendor accounts and bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly project profitability, billing, collection, and expense reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts, purchase, sales, and project departments.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.
• Use accounting/billing software such as Tally, ERP, Excel, or other company

systems.

Preference candidate:

• 0 - 2 years Experienced in Accountancy
• Should have knowledge about Ms. Excel and Tally Prime
• Should have knowledge in Bills payable and Bills receivable
