Job Description

Maintain and update books of accounts and financial records.

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.

Perform bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
