Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT


Location: Naroda GIDC, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 / month

Gender: Female

Role: Full-Time, On-Site

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Accounting: Maintain day-to-day entries, vouchers, and cash flow in Tally Prime / Tally 9.
  • Invoicing & Taxation: Issue GST invoices, generate e-Way bills, and assemble data for GST/TDS returns.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
  • Payments & Expenses: Track outstanding client balances, process payments, and manage petty cash log.
  • Documentation: Organize and store physical and digital financial documents.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Com or relevant degree.
  • Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong Tally skills accepted).
  • Software: Proficient in Tally Prime / ERP 9 and MS Excel.
  • Languages: Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Preference: Nearby candidates (Naroda, Nikol, Odhav, Krishnanagar).
