Experience: 0–5 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
Job Description: We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting, billing, reconciliation, payment processing, documentation, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, billing, invoicing, and documentation.
- Perform bank/customer/vendor reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for payments, billing queries, and pending documents.
- Process and track vendor/customer payments and maintain related reports.
- Prepare MIS, cash flow, payment, and other accounting reports as required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime & MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of Accounting & GST
- Good communication, coordination & follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
