Accounting Job Role / Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
- Bank reconciliation and cash/bank entries.
- Maintain GST, TDS and other statutory records.
- Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and receivables.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices and supporting documents.
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts and journal entries.
- Handle debit notes and credit notes.
- Assist in monthly/annual closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers and banks.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports and payment statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activitie
