Job Description

Sales Skills & Competencies

·       Lead generation (walk-ins, referrals, field visits)

·       Ability to explain services in simple terms

·       Upselling & cross-selling (e.g., PPF with Window film & PPF coating )

·       Negotiation and closing skills

·       Target-driven mindset (monthly/weekly sales goals)

 Customer Handling Skills

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to build trust with car owners

·       Handling objections (price, time, necessity)

·       After-sales follow-up and relationship management

Industry Knowledge

·       Understanding of: Car detailing services (polishing, ceramic coating, washing)

·       Basic automobile components

·       Car accessories and maintenance needs

·       Awareness of customer pain points (e.g., vehicle maintenance cost, durability,

appearance)
