Automobile Sales Executive

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet showroom visitors, establish trust, and actively listen to identify their transportation needs, budget constraints, and preferences.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the vehicle inventory. Explain car characteristics, engineering capabilities, warranties, and unique safety or entertainment features to potential buyers.
• Secure proper legal identification (like driver's licenses) and accompany prospective buyers on vehicle test drives to showcase real-world performance.
• Address and overcome buyer objections, negotiate sales terms, calculate competitive pricing variations, and evaluate trade-in options.
• Help customers navigate the final retail transaction process. Gather relevant financial details and liaise with the finance department or lending institutions to process loan agreements and sales contracts.
• Proactively source new buyers via outbound calls, network referrals, and digital campaigns. Log sales activities, updates, and customer milestones inside the dealership's CRM software.
• Maintain an ongoing outreach system with past purchasers to resolve new queries, encourage long-term brand loyalty, and spark repeat or referral business.
