Job Description – Back Office Executive

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad (Head Office)

Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (BA / BCom / BBA /MA / MCom)
Salary: Up to 2.76 LPA
Preference: Immediate joiners
Responsibilities:
- Letter typing in English & Gujarati
- Documentation management and record keeping
- Mail drafting and correspondence
- File handling in soft & hard copy
- Preparing Bills as per requirement of Department
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Required
- Typing speed: 20 WPM with 85%+ accuracy
- Windows OS familiarity
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Good communication skills
