Job Title: Back Office Executive (Female)

Job Summary:

A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative and support tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. They manage data, documentation, coordination, and internal processes without direct customer interaction.

Note: To operate B2B portals like IndiaMART and Trade India; the company deal as a pharmaceutical raw material trading and exporting all over the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information
• Handle emails, reports, and internal communication
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
• Manage filing systems (physical and digital)
• Process invoices, bills, and basic accounting tasks
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
