Billing Executive

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Counter Billing Executive / Cashier to handle billing operations, cash transactions, customer service, and daily cash reconciliation. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, accuracy in handling payments, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate customer bills and invoices accurately using billing software or POS systems.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Provide receipts and ensure correct billing for all purchases.
• Maintain daily cash records and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries and payment issues.
• Verify product prices, quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes.
• Maintain proper records of sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding billing discrepancies.
• Keep the billing counter clean, organized, and professional.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and billing.
