Job Description
- Handle B2B sales through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, dealers, distributors, and potential B2B clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer/channel partner network.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar components and accessories.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, pricing, and proposals with customers.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, order processing, and dispatch.
- Maintain regular communication with existing partners to drive repeat orders and long-term business relationships.
- Track sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions through the company's CRM/system.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall B2B business growth.
- Stay updated on solar products, components, accessories, pricing, and market trends.
