Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Agency Channel:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
- Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Generate business through the agency network.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Ensure quality business and proper policy documentation.
Direct Channel:
- Generate life insurance business through direct customer interaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Handle leads, customer meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Generate leads through self-sourcing as well as company-provided leads, as applicable.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
🎯 Candidate Profile
- 🎓 Graduation is mandatory.
- 💼 Experience in Life Insurance Sales / BFSI / Banking Sales preferred.
