Job Description
BDM / Sales Manager – Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
Location: Ahmedabad(Elisbridge)
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 CTC/month
Age: 30–40 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical preferred / Diploma – Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development for ETP, STP, ZLD, UF, RO & DM water treatment systems.
- Generate new business opportunities and manage customer enquiries.
- Develop relationships with Consultants, Contractors, End Users, Architects & Interior Professionals.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations and commercial closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order and payment follow-up.
- Ensure timely delivery, installation and after-sales service coordination.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Identify market opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills: WTP Sales, Business Development, Client Handling, Negotiation, Market Development, Technical & Commercial Knowledge, CRM, Networking & Communication.
Preferred: Minimum 3 years of sales management experience specifically in the WTP sector. Extensive regional travel required.
