Cashier

Job PurposeTo handle daily cash transactions, customer payments, receipts, and cash records accurately while ensuring proper financial documentation.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive cash, cheque, UPI, and online payments from customers.
2. Issue receipts for vehicle sales, service bills, spare parts, insurance, and other transactions.
3. Maintain daily cash books and cash transaction records.
4. Verify cash balances and reconcile daily collections with system reports.
5. Deposit cash and cheques into the company's bank account as per company policy.
6. Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Accounts departments for payment-related matters.
7. Maintain proper records of customer payments and pending collections.
8. Ensure all cash transactions are supported by valid documents.
9. Prepare daily cash collection and closing reports for management.
10. Follow company policies and internal financial controls.

• Required QualificationsGraduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling.
• Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel and accounting software.

Experience1–3 years of experience in cashiering or accounts, preferably in any industries .
