Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer billing, payments, and receipts accurately.
  • Prepare and verify service invoices as per job cards.
  • Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
  • Maintain daily cash collection and transaction records.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Accounts team.
  • Ensure timely deposit and reconciliation of collections.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
