Job Description

Sachi – Construction / Manufacturing Management: Brief Job SummaryThis is primarily a field-based construction/manufacturing role, likely related to precast/construction operations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction/manufacturing activities.
  • Coordinate with production, design, site, QA/QC, contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, safety and timelines.
  • Manage manpower, materials and site resources.
  • Identify and resolve site/production problems.
  • Coordinate material requirements, procurement and movement.
  • Monitor project/production progress and prepare reports.
  • Read and understand structural/shop drawings and ensure correct execution.
  • Coordinate between factory/manufacturing and site erection/installation, where applicable.
  • Maintain project/production documentation and records.


Planning → Manufacturing/Production → Quality → Material/Manpower → Site Execution → Coordination → Problem Solving → Completion
