Customer Support Executive – Meera AyurvedaAt Meera Ayurveda, customer support is not just about answering calls—it is about building trust, solving concerns, and supporting customers throughout their wellness journey.
We are looking for a confident, caring, and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive who can communicate professionally and create a positive experience for every customer.
- Your RoleWelcome and onboard new customers
- Guide clients through our wellness programs
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, queries, and complaints
- Conduct regular follow-ups and collect progress updates
- Coordinate with dietitians and internal teams
- Manage weekly support sessions and customer records
- Collect feedback, reviews, and customer success stories
- Resolve concerns calmly and maintain strong relationships
- Who Can Apply?Excellent communication in Gujarati and Hindi
- Patient, responsible, and customer-friendly personality
- Strong listening, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer, Excel, and WhatsApp knowledge
