Job Brief: We are looking for a Back office & Customer Support Executive based out of Ahmedabad with excellent interpersonal & communication skills along with good administrative skills to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Back Office Administrative Work
• Providing Excellent Customer Service by understanding Customer needs & challenges and coordinating with all to resolve customer concerns.
• Supporting Field Sales Executive & other departments by providing Back Office Support
• Data Entry, Management, Analysis & other administrative duties
• Diligent Reporting by collecting, analyzing & summarizing information

Requirements:

• Having Good Communication skills with patience and empathy
• Fair Proficiency with MS Office and GSuite
• Having Fair administrative & management skills

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience:

Having 0-2 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
