Job Description

Customer Interception

  • Follows the complaint handling process for each transaction.
  • Tracks deliveries portal

Hygiene Standard for CSD Area

  • Ensures that the CSD room is cleaned by the housekeeping agency - Daily
  • Keeps the CSD Table FREE of Clutter
  • Checks availability of drinking water and disposable glasses - Daily Complaint Handling
  • Takes handover from the Executives on customer complaint/s
  • Follows the customer complaint handling process.
