Job Description

· Handle and coordinate daily service operations.

· Receive, register, and track customer complaints.

· Plan and schedule technician visits in coordination with the Operations Head efficiently.

· Prepare and share service quotations/proposals.

· Coordinate with the Service Team for timely issue resolution.

· Maintain service records and update CRM/ERP.

· Follow up with customers on service status and closure.

· Assist in preparing service reports and documentation.

· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

· Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Head (Krupal Patel).

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.


Requisite Skills:

· Good communication & customer handling

· Strong coordination & follow-up

· MS Office & basic CRM/ERP knowledge

Time management & problem-solving


Desired Skills:

· Service operations experience

· CRM/ERP working experience

· Good reporting & documentation skills
