Job Description
- AR Caller OR Process Associate is responsible for communicating with patients and insurance companies regarding unpaid payments,
- Resolving billing inquiries and maintaining accurate records of payment status.
- They play an important role in managing accounts receivable to ensure the company’s timely cash flow.
