Experience Required

6 months - 2 years of relevant experience in telecalling, customer service, e-commerce, sales, or office administration.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Salary / CTC

₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Performance-based incentives may be provided in addition to the fixed salary.

Qualification

* Graduate preferred

* Good command of Hindi and English

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders, confirmations and follow-ups.

* Handle customer queries through phone/WhatsApp.

* Follow up on leads and potential customers.

* Coordinate with the e-commerce and dispatch teams.

* Maintain customer and order records.

* Follow up on pending, cancelled and undelivered orders.

* Assist with basic day-to-day office coordination and administration.

* Receive visitors and handle general office communication when required.

* Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, dispatch and management.

* Provide regular updates on calling performance, conversions and pending follow-ups.

Required Skills

* Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets

Notice Period / Expected Joining

Immediate joiners preferred.

Candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days may also be considered.
