GlamZei is hiring a Marketplace Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced marketplace professional from the Fashion/Apparel industry who can independently manage our complete marketplace operations across Myntra, Amazon, AJIO & other marketplaces.

What you’ll handle:

• End-to-end marketplace operations and daily management
• Product listing, cataloguing, SKU creation, content, pricing & promotions
• Inventory, orders, cancellations and stock management
• Returns, RTOs, refunds and fake/incorrect return claims
• Coordinate with marketplace support/account managers and resolve issues
• Coordinate with marketplace advertising agencies and track performance
• Monitor sales, SKU performance, inventory and marketplace reports
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting and data analysis
• Identify problems, reduce marketplace losses and improve sales/performance

What we’re looking for:

• 6 Months of hands-on marketplace experience
• Experience with Myntra, Amazon & AJIO is strongly preferred
• Fashion/Apparel/D2C experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers/data
• Good understanding of marketplace operations, returns, RTO, refunds & claims
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills
• Someone who can take complete ownership of marketplaces independently

Important: This is not just a listing/cataloguing role. We need someone who has actually managed marketplace operations and can handle the complete function from listing → inventory → sales → ads coordination → returns/RTO → claims → reporting.

Location: Ahmedabad | Full-time | On-site

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month, depending on experience
