Job Overview:

Sherly Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an E-Commerce & Operations Executive to manage and coordinate end-to-end online business operations.

The role will cover online orders, product listings, bidding coordination, logistics, payment transactions, inventory coordination, customer support, returns/refunds and MIS reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day E-Commerce & online platform operations.
• Create and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, images and product details.
• Monitor and process online orders from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with stores, inventory, dispatch and internal teams for order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, returns and reverse pickups.
• Track delayed, pending, cancelled, returned and exchanged orders and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor and coordinate online bidding/enquiries, quotations and required submissions.
• Coordinate internally for product availability, pricing and approvals related to bids.
• Monitor online payment transactions against orders.
• Track successful, failed, pending, cancelled and refunded transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for payment reconciliation and refund processing.
• Coordinate with Inventory/Store teams for online stock availability and stock updates.
• Handle customer queries related to products, orders, payments and delivery.
• Coordinate and resolve customer complaints and service issues.
• Manage online returns, exchanges and refunds.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly E-Commerce MIS and performance reports.
• Track online sales, orders, pending activities and operational issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Inventory, Dispatch, Marketing, Production and Management.
• Ensure proper follow-up and closure of all pending E-Commerce activities.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in Jewellery, Retail, Fashion E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations will be an advantage.

Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Alibaba,Ebay, or other online marketplaces will be preferred.
