  • Job Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through field visits, references, and local networking.
  • Visit colleges, institutes, offices, and other locations to find suitable candidates.
  • Explain job opportunities, salary packages, and interview details to candidates.
  • Screen candidates and collect resumes and basic information.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and HR teams.
  • Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing and recruitment.
  • Ability to travel locally for field recruitment.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
  • Two-wheeler preferred.
