Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial sites as per appointments scheduled by the back-office team.
• Meet customers and understand their requirements.
• Take accurate site measurements for Invisible Grills and Mosquito Mesh installations.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and the installation process to customers.
• Prepare and share quotations based on site measurements and customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
• Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with the installation and operations team to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain proper records of site visits, quotations, follow-ups, and sales closures.
• Generate references and repeat business from existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Requirements 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable travelling within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
• Basic knowledge of measurements and calculations.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and smartphones.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
