- Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and property investors.
- Conduct field visits to explore residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, builders, investors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Arrange property site visits and explain property details to clients.
- Research real estate projects, market trends, and property prices across Ahmedabad.
- Maintain client information, property listings, and daily sales reports.
- Negotiate deals and assist in closing property transactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Skills RequiredGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate.
- Confidence in interacting with clients and property owners.
- Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for fieldwork.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphones.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in real estate, field sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
