Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Furniture Carpenter who can handle repair, maintenance and modification work for different types of furniture.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain sofas, chairs, wardrobes and other furniture.
- Carry out carpentry work including cutting, fitting, drilling and assembling.
- Repair damaged or broken wooden furniture.
- Fix loose joints, hinges, handles, doors and drawers.
- Repair and modify wardrobes and cabinets.
- Identify furniture damage and provide suitable repair solutions.
- Use carpentry tools and equipment safely and properly.
- Ensure neat finishing and good quality of repair work.
- Maintain tools and keep the work area clean.
- Required SkillsHands-on experience in furniture repair and carpentry.
- Good knowledge of sofa, chair, wardrobe and wooden furniture repair.
- Knowledge of carpentry tools and materials.
- Ability to perform fitting, assembly and modification work.
- Good finishing and attention to detail.
- Hardworking and responsible.
