Guest Relations Executive

Role PurposeThe Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for residents, guests, visitors, and stakeholders. The role involves managing front-desk operations, guest interactions, queries, coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist residents, guests, and visitors professionally.
• Manage front-desk operations, visitor registration, and guest records.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, F&B, and other teams for guest requirements.
• Assist residents and guests with bookings, appointments, transportation, and other services.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, requests, feedback, and incidents.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support community events, activities, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement and communication.
• Maintain a high standard of grooming, hospitality, and professional conduct.
• Collect and communicate guest feedback to the reporting manager.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service standards.
• Perform any other duties related to guest experience and operations as assigned.
