Healthcare AR Caller

💼 Experience: Fresher to 4 years, depending on the AR opening

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate can be considered for some openings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
• Follow up on outstanding/unpaid claims.
• Review and work on AR reports.
• Handle denied claims and document the required action.
• Contact insurance carriers regarding pending claims.
• Handle insurance follow-up, patient calling and provider outreach as required.
• Update account information and maintain accurate call/activity logs.
• Communicate with insurance representatives and healthcare providers.
• Escalate issues to seniors when required.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
• Follow company/client security, compliance and process guidelines.
• Required SkillsGood English communication skills.
• Comfortable with voice/outbound calling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good typing and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Neutral English accent is preferred for the voice process.
• For experienced candidates, US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM / AR Calling experience is preferred
