Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

💼 JOB ROLEWe are looking for a Female Marketing Executive to handle online inquiries, customer follow-ups and sales coordination.

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Handle daily inquiries from IndiaMART & TradeIndia

• Respond to customer inquiries quickly through calls and WhatsApp

• Make regular outbound calling and customer follow-ups

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team

• Prepare and send quotations to customers

• Follow up on quotations and pending orders

• Handle email marketing and customer emails

• Maintain customer inquiry and follow-up records in Excel/CRM

• Convert online inquiries into genuine orders

• Follow up with old/existing customers for repeat business

• Coordinate with production, stores and dispatch team when required

• Prepare daily inquiry, calling and follow-up reports

👩 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS• Female candidate preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Experience with IndiaMART / TradeIndia preferred

• Calling and customer follow-up experience

• Basic knowledge of Email, WhatsApp & Excel

• Hindi/Gujarati communication required

• Basic English required

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

• Fresher with good communication skills can also apply

💰 SALARY₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and performance.
