Job Description
Supervise daily housekeeping activities at site
Housekeeping staff hiring skills
• Allocate work to housekeeping staff (cleaners, janitors, operators)
• Ensure all areas are cleaned as per schedule and quality standards
• Train new housekeeping staff on SOPs and safety practices
• Maintain attendance, duty roster, and leave records
• Inspect work quality and take corrective actions when required
• Handle client/resident complaints and resolve them promptly
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and machines
• Monitor consumption of housekeeping materials and raise indent
• Coordinate with site manager for manpower and material requirements
• Ensure staff follows discipline, uniform, and hygiene standards
• Report incidents, shortages, and staff issues to management
