Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate screening, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, shifts, and payroll coordination.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
- Support HR requirements for manufacturing, production, quality, sales, warehouse, and corporate teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare regular HR reports related to manpower, attendance, attrition, and recruitment.
