Job Description
We are a fast-growing tech company in Ahmedabad running two products: WhatsMarketing (WhatsApp Business API platform with 1,900+ clients) and VoiceCallingAI (AI voice calling agents). We are hiring for 13+ positions right now and need an HR & Admin Executive to build and manage our team. You will report directly to the Founder.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end hiring: post jobs on Apna, Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn, screen CVs, take first-round calls and schedule interviews
- Conduct walk-in drives and shortlist the best candidates for the final round
- Prepare offer letters, collect joining documents and manage onboarding of new joiners
- Train new employees on company processes and SOPs
- Create, update and make sure everyone follows company SOPs
- Maintain attendance, late marks and leave records for monthly salary processing
- Maintain employee files and records
- Manage exits: notice period, handover and final settlement
- Handle office admin across both offices: supplies, housekeeping, company assets (laptops, phones, SIMs) and vendors
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
- Good communication in English and Hindi
- Comfortable doing bulk / volume hiring
- Organised, disciplined and good at follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Ready to travel between C.G. Road and Thaltej offices
