Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad

Gender: Female

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 6 months–2 years

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and shortlist candidates through job portals and online platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Post job openings on recruitment portals and social media.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare job descriptions and manage recruitment activities.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume databases.
  • Strong coordination and candidate evaluation skills.
