Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
  • Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
  • Requirements1+ year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Good knowledge of Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Freshers are not preferred; candidates with recruitment experience will be considered.
